Booking Schedule Policy

Our booking schedule system is based off bookings on the half hour. 

the time scheduled or booked by customers is to be seen as an extremely Close reference point as some yards may take more time or less time than others including travel time. PAWTY PATROL LLC will work consistently to get to your property as close to your booked service time as humanly pawssible.

WEATHER POLICY

We will work in most (Non Severe)weather as long as it is safe for our Pawty Patrol Contractors. That being said if there is lightning/or Hail in the area; our contractors will be instructed to maintain their safety at all times. Pawty Patrol Contractors will return to your Property when the weather threat passes. In the instance that your service day falls on a severe weather event with no hope of it letting up Pawty Patrol will send out a Contractor the following 24 to 48 hours to service your yard if the severe weather threat has passed.

Holidays
If your normally scheduled Service visit day falls on a National holiday,

your yard may be serviced within 48 hours either directly before or after the Holiday.

*Additional fee of $45per 10 Minutes of EXtra work could apply to Properties that have not been regularly maintained 2 weeks Prior to Pawty Patrol's Initial Service Visit for One Time Weekly Visits as well as Once a Week per Month Appointments.

(the Fee would not apply for BiG SpringTime Clean Ups)  Fees will be in addition to the price of already booked service.

We would be charging this fee only as a preventative/corrective measure to insure proper bookings are taking place to the correct level of service based on need.
